TRANSITION: The process of change; a process or period in which something undergoes a change and passes from one state, stage, form, or activity to another.
Being in trance is part of the human condition.
The Chronicle newspaper will profile Awareness Hypnosis in a feature article on Monday, January 10th, 2011. The article will talk about my business, as well as my colleague, Loretta Rippee and her Weight Mastery group. I'm looking forward to reading it!

I am a hypnotherapist, registered in the state of Washington since 1997. I love what the mind can do, and the potential for change that it offers. We are capable of re-creating our lives, once we know how. And the greatest thing about it is how easy it can be!
