TRANSITION: The process of change; a process or period in which something undergoes a change and passes from one state, stage, form, or activity to another.
Being in trance is part of the human condition.
I've discovered that being around my grandbaby is a wonderful way to stay in the present moment. When I'm with her, I'm not thinking about past or future, I'm just enjoying every moment of holding her and interacting with her. She is a great teacher!
